I have to say that everything was fantastic from all perspectives by the minute we walked in! Even though we just walked in and booked a room on the spot, they gave us an amazing room and upgraded us to a presidential suite for 2 nights free of extra charge! Food was amazing, service was even better. All the staff knew how to treat us with respect and kindness. Spa was also amazing. Only thing we would suggest is if they could add more comfortable pillows and if the ski room had lockers. One of my best experiences ever! Definetely deserve to be 6 star hotel and not a 4 star!

We are just finishing a week's stay and are delighted. Food - delicious and at a very high level, varied, very original - like from an exclusive restaurant. Service - extremely friendly, helpful, smiling - revelation!!! Swimming pools and sauna area - revelation. On the big plus the salt water outdoor pool! In general, the hotel worth the price and worth recommending!!!

Really welcoming hotel. Rooms and SPA very well cleaned and furnished, in a typical style. Personnels have a special attention to customers, which makes the staying an amazing and relaxing experience. Special mention for the chef, food was amazing.

This lovely hotel in the Val di Sole area met almost all my expectations. The food for me is Michelin star level. How the hotel accommodates / adjusts the diner for children is never seen before to me. The inside and outside pool are just as great. I give a 5-star rating to this hotel. One item that may need some attention from the hotel management is the fitness room, this may need some review both from and equipment as well as from a ventilation perspective (it was really hot). However this comment related to the gym is only minor as the overall experience was superb.

There wasn't the AC in my room and at night was very hot inside and I had troubles sleeping because of it. The Finnish sauna was broken (60°C instead of 85) so considering this there were just the bio sauna and the Turkish bath. …

A very nice and good hotel, with a half board system. The food from the breakfast until the dinner is made of high quality food. The wellness is very beautiful. The staff is willing to help you and in covid time everything is well organized. Enjoy the area around otherwise you are missing a lot from mother nature.

Facilities fantastic! Clean and everything you need. Go for the day and book yourself in somewhere else at night. Staff unfriendly, food over the top. Sent a review over Instagram to their personal account and felt completely attacked. Wouldn’t recommend.
